I have a WF-3620 and after upgrading to Yosemite (OS X 10.10), my Macs could no longer find the printer. In case this helps anyone else, here's my solution: enable Bonjour on the printer. Thank you, thank you, thank you for any help! Judy Oh, the only thing that I can think of that is different with my set up is that I recently added a Transporter Sync. I sure hope someone can help me out with this issue. Not sure if this is the right forum to post this-maybe I should post in the Networking forum. Then if I need to print again I have to go through the control panel again and then it will print. If I go to the control panel on the printer (both the Epson and HP) and set up the wifi again (changing nothing), it will print once from my MBP.
Driver for epson wf 3620 mac software#
I uninstalled the Epson software and installed it again. I don't know why it's listed twice-it's only listed once in Network. I am wondering if this has something to do with it. I will say that when I go to the control panel on the Epson printer to the Wifi Wizard it lists 2 networks with the same name for my network. I downloaded Epson Connect to set this all up and it can't find my printer. I downloaded the Epson app so that I can print from my iPhone and iPad.
The control panel says the network is setup and all is fine. And this one won't print either! Same error message. So I got a new printer thinking it was something internal that went belly up with the wifi signal. It had to do with the wifi-no matter what I did, the error message was that printer was not connected/couldn't be located. I have an HP 6700 that was working and then stopped working a few days ago.
